John Mayo

John Mayo was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1991. He currently resides in Lake Echo, Nova Scotia. His passions are health/fitness and traveling. He is a former national champion in the sport of flat water kayaking.

John is an avid traveler and he believes that traveling offers a high that no drug could ever deliver. He has been fortunate enough to have been able to travel to numerous European countries, Brazil, Jamaica and he recently did a two month road trip around the USA and a 6 month stint in Australia. Budget traveling is his forte and he is the perfect example of how you can travel with minimal money.

As a recent graduate from Dalhousie University, before hunting down a job in an almost non-existent marketplace, he decided he would try his hand at writing. His goal is to create books that can help people live a better, more fulfilling life.
