Wendy Fehr

Bio: Wendy Fehr

Wendy Fehr was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and the surrounding area. She and her husband met in high school and went on to marry during their time in university. Together, Wendy and her husband raised four children.

Wendy graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She went on to complete a Master’s of Nurse Practitioner in 2013. Wendy’s career has spanned a number of specialty practices including geriatrics and gastroenterology.

Outside of work, Wendy’s interests focus on outdoor activities including biking and hiking. She enjoys creative pursuits such as gardening, sewing, and writing. Wendy applies her scientific education and research skills to her fictional stories, giving them an underpinning of reality that ignites the imagination and draws the reader into the story. Wendy and her husband work on their creative pursuits collaboratively with their family. Together, they have formed the ShiftersPress Creative Collective, highlighting their various creative endeavours.
