Jack McGarry

In his roles at both New York's Dead Rabbit Grocery and Grog, of which he is a cofounder and managing partner, and the Merchant Hotel in Belfast, Jack McGarry became internationally known for his extensive historically based beverage programs. Immediately prior to joining the Dead Rabbit, Jack tended bar at Milk & Honey London, one of the world’s most highly awarded bar operations.

In July 2013, Jack was honored with the prestigious Tales of the Cocktail International Bartender of the Year award. He is its youngest ever recipient, and only the second in America. In 2015, the Dead Rabbit won the event's highest honor, “World’s Best Bar.”
