Constance Mulenga Mutale

Constance was born on February 19, 1978, in Kitwe, Zambia. She graduated in Kitwe at Helen Kaunda High School. She holds a diploma in Human Resource Management from the National Institute of Public Administration in Lusaka Zambia. She is the author of 'A Brighter White'.
