DH Hanni

A lifelong reader and writer of scores of essays and research papers for school, DH Hanni finally figured out a few years ago that all those stories she had running around in her head might be better served if they were written down. DH Hanni uses writing as her own personal time travel machine bouncing from writing science fiction/fantasy to historical fiction. She has been published in online magazines such Hidden Animals, the Copperfield Review, the Bethlehem Writers Roundtable, Gravel Magazine, Indiana Voice Journal, and Lorelei Signal. Her work has also appeared in LocoThology 2013: Tales of Fantasy and Science Fiction, First Contact Café, and Through Clouded Eyes anthologies.

Born in Nevada, but raised in California, she earned a degree in history from the University of Nevada, Reno. In her spare time she enjoys reading, doting on her three furry children, getting too emotionally involved watching sports, enjoying nature, soaking up history, cooking, and movies.
