Rick DeMichele

Rick DeMichele, an ex-Roman Catholic, came to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in August of 1973 while attending services at DesPlaines Bible Church in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. He graduated from Pensacola Bible Institute in 1978, entering the ministry later that same year. Pastor DeMichele has served as Assistant Pastor and Senior Pastor, in churches in Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Idaho.

Preacher, as his congregation calls him, brought his family to Idaho in 1984, and in 1986 became Pastor of Treasure Valley Baptist Church. Under his leadership TVBC has grown to an average Sunday attendance of 1000, and has strengthened its Faith Promise missions giving to over $700,000 a year supporting over 105 missionaries.

Pastor DeMichele has preached extensively in the United States and in many foreign countries as well as serving on a mission board. The TVBC Bible Institute, Pastoral Intern Program, and an Annual Pastors’ School are some of the tangible ways that Pastor DeMichele mentors and trains men for the work of the Gospel.
