Born in Atlanta and educated there, in Washington DC, and in New Zealand, Caroline Seton Ledlie has won critical acclaim, popular affection, and serious prizes for her fiction.
She runs a national service program in support of troubled children on a 1,200-acre campus in west Georgia and serves as an editorial consultant to a foundation associated with the world's leading global health agency. (She also occasionally just plain runs, usually with her bulldog-boxer dog, Bear, in vales and on hills along the red-clay banks of the Chattahoochee.)
