Jessica David

Jessica David is a proud mother of 3, one son and two daughters. As a dog owner for the last 15 years she is also a thrilled owner of a large retriever, Rex, and a baby dalmation, Max. Jessica has spent the last 2 years living in Colorado and climbing the Rockies. Fitness and health are her daily passions. As a regular Yoga enthusiast, she explores her holistic well being in all facets, especially on her hikes.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys writing books to enrich others and cooking nutritious food for both her active lifestyle and her energetic family.
