Celine Prevost

Getting lost in a good book has got to be one of the greatest pleasures you could ever experience. My ambition was to create such a book.

Born and raised in France and my head full of travels to other countries, not the sun-soaked ones but the elusive ones, I lived on a shoe string for a couple of years working in different european countries and enjoying the feeling of being part of a different culture.

I put my suitcases down in the UK 13 years ago and embarked on the challenging career that teaching is. I have so far survived to tell the tale but my passion for writing and dreaming up stories is becoming more pressing as time goes on, and finishing writing my first complete book is just the beginning!

In The Red Notebook, the story evolves on a strong Russian background. Having spent 1 year working in Russia, I wanted to put some of my experiences back into a book in order to fix my memories, and to share them with others. I hope I have successfully done so.

Who knows what lies ahead... This is the exciting part, isn't it?
