Nikki Busch

Nikki Busch began writing song lyrics in her teens and progressed to writing poetry and short stories while attending Rutgers University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in English. She obtained her graduate-level certificate in copyediting from the University of California-San Diego. Nikki has also studied developmental editing through the Author-Editor Clinic and Editorial Freelancers Association and fiction writing through the Gotham Writers' Workshop. Her poems have been published in the anthologies Unwrap these Presents, Fallen Petals: Sappho's Corner Poetry Anthology - Volume 5, Delectable Daisies: Sappho's Corner Poetry Anthology - Volume 4, Our Wonderful Country, Caret, and i.e. Her short fiction, "Pistachio Heat," was published in Love Times Two: A Double Dose of Romance for Valentine's Day from Ylva Publishing.

Nikki has worked as an advertising copywriter and editor for more than thirty years. She runs a successful freelance editing and copywriting business, Nikki Busch Editing, and lives in Warren County, New Jersey with her wife and dog. Nikki is a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association and ACES: The Society for Editing and is a co-founder of the Association of Independent Publishing Professionals (AIPP).
