Nick Moyle is an author and designer based in the Somerset town of Frome. He specialises in writing about drinks (many of which he makes himself) and his articles have appeared in The Independent, Esquire, Reader's Digest, Delicious and more. As an Englishman, one of his proudest achievements is writing about whisky for The Scotsman.
His first two books – Brew it Yourself and Wild Tea – were produced in partnership with Rich Hood. Together they are known as the Two Thirsty Gardeners, writers of an award winning blog and regulars on the gardening events circuit where they demonstrate their booze making prowess to bemused gardeners.
Despite living in cider country, Nick also writes regularly about beer, whisky, rum and gin, the latter being the subject of his latest publication The Little Book of Gin.
