L Douglas Hogan

L. Douglas Hogan is a U.S.M.C. veteran with over thirty years in public service. Among these are four years in the Marine Corps, where he served as an anti-tank infantryman and a Marksmanship Instructor, ten years as a part-time police officer, and over twenty years working in state government doing security work and supervision. Doug also teaches seminars on leadership and anti-totalitarianism, as is reflected in his bestselling books, “Oath Takers” and “Surviving Martial Law.” He can be contacted on Facebook for public speaking engagements.

His passions include hiking, camping, graphic design, writing, and receiving motivation from his wonderful wife. The two of them reside in Southern Illinois, where they have aspirations to someday live off-grid, happily ever after.
