Sandy Vaile is a motorbike-riding daredevil who isn’t content with a story unless there’s a courageous heroine and a dead body.

She writes romantic-suspense for Simon & Schuster US and is lucky enough to live in the McLaren Vale wine region, South Australia, so there are plenty of excuses for cheese platters and bubbles.

In her spare time, she judges writing competitions, has a lively Facebook community of inspired authors and spends hours in imaginary worlds with make-believe people.

Sandy is also a fiction coach who empowers female authors to finish contemporary novels that traditional publishers can’t resist!
