Author and speaker to groups in the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, London, and India on pioneering technologies in stock trading, voice verification and wireless messaging. Early on, managed top-secret command, control, and communications projects as a U.S. Navy contractor. CEO of several start-up and non-profit organizations. District Governor of Toastmasters International. Holds a B.S. degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Texas A & M University. Until recently, with his wife Marilyn, raised champion llamas for over 25 years.
