Donna Rentfrow

Donna Rentfrow and her daughter Amber Behnke are originally from Atwater, California. Donna and her husband Don moved to Sylacauga, Alabama in 1993. Amber and her husband Matt moved from California to Sylacauga in 2010.

Donna and Amber began writing stories of whimsical fiction for children in 2015 and have since then self-published five books: Victorious Victor Byrd, The Fishining School, Canine Detective Club, How Poopy Got Her Wings and How Arnie Saved the Ant Colony on Merkel Mountain. Donna and her brother Ric Adams wrote A Ryder's Tale together in 2017. This family team have more stories in progress. All of these stories are available on Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble.com, and booksamillion.com.

Donna has recently challenged writing short stories of mystery for adults. She has plans to self-publish a collection of these stories in the near future.
