Brooks Briz is an accomplished restaurateur, speaker, and sales consultant. Brooks believes that restaurants must be deliberate in their guest experience including the way that customers are acquired, retained, and referred. He also holds that all of your sales and marketing activities must be accurately correlated to your top-line and often says, “‘Brand’ is a byproduct of results. Demand results and nothing less.”
Before Brooks became a sales consultant, he accrued over ten years of experience working in multi-unit consulting, operational management, and virtually all FOH and BOH positions. Brooks has consulted with single unit restaurants to some of the largest restaurant chains in the world. He has also helped started multiple restaurant brands from scratch and most recently served as the chief marketing officer at Kamado Grille restaurants based in Raleigh, NC.
