T. A. Sorensen

T.A. (Tara) Sorensen is an independent designer from the Pacific Northwest. After accompanying her mother, JoAnn, through a 10-year journey with Alzheimer's, she felt the only logical next step was to share her experience. Albeit a heartbreaking disease, Tara found that by exercising a sense of humor and keeping a positive perspective, she was able to face the day-to-day with an open heart and the proper focus. What she did not do was lose sight of who actually had the disease; it wasn't about her.

Where's My Purse? is JoAnn's story through Tara's eyes. It will evoke every emotion and was written with the utmost respect and love. It is her hope that the reader will come away with a sense of comfort and a new perspective.
