Konstantina Dimou

Konstantina Dimou was born in Athens. She studied Communications at the University of Indianapolis in Athens. She holds an MA in Media and Communication Studies. She is a certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga by the Kundalini Research Institute of Yogi Bhajan’s Teachings. She is an SRT instructor (Spiritual Response Therapy) as well as a Reiki Master Teacher. In 2012, she studied angel counseling and healing. She has studied acting and playwriting at the Theater of Changes in Athens, Greece. Her studies in creative writing have focused on forms that have an impact on self-knowledge. She enjoys writing poems and lyrics to express the sensitivity of her soul. She has written a novel named Alma (the soul) and the following plays for the theater: Horizons, Seven Lives and A.F.R.A.id. Obsession is her first monologue.
