Dr. Dave Cornell

Dr. Dave Cornell specializes in early childhood development and education. He has trained kindergarten teachers in 8 countries, designed teacher certification for Trinity College and worked as a classroom teacher and curriculum designer for over 20 years. Dr. Cornell has helped several businessmen and women open preschools, kindergartens, and baby centers in China and S. Korea, while also enjoying writing children's short stories, educational stage shows, and simple songs. His two most recent accomplishment is self-publishing a book on cross-cultural issues in early childhood education. This is a supplemental text for university courses in educational leadership, educational psychology, or early childhood education. It contains a large number of experiential activities and video links that professors can integrate into their classrooms. The other book is called Baby Love. This book is about how a baby understands the concept of love and how moms and dads can create a loving and caring bond with their infant. It contains 30 activities that are simple to do and a lot of fun. The book also describes the neurochemical processes that are activated when a parent interacts with their baby. Those interactions can have profound and long-lasting effects on both parent and infant.
