Shane Hall was raised in northeast Florida, surrounded by the thick nature of wetlands and the rise of suburban development. He writes science fiction, fantasy, horror, magic realism, and blends of these genres.
An experimental writer, Hall has practiced different writing styles, outputs, and techniques for the past eight years. Devoted to storytelling, Hall's work has been compared to Kurt Vonnegut for its eccentricity and James Patterson for its gripping pace and action. His major project is a dystopian serial called Feedback, set in a post-apocalyptic world with severe noise limits. He also offers a free, in-progress dark action fantasy series called the Tragedy of Veminox.
