Dog-loving, purpose-driven, and proudly stepping into my half-century with more confidence than ever. I share my home (and heart) with nine small dogs who keep life loud, loving, and endlessly entertaining.

By day, I work for an incredible charity making a meaningful difference, and I also volunteer for another organization that truly rocks—because giving back isn’t just something I do, it’s who I am.

I’m a proud parent of two amazing grown children and a firm believer that life only gets better with courage, compassion, and a little bit of chaos (especially the four-legged kind).

This next chapter? It’s all about confidence, belief in myself, and embracing every moment.
