Margarete van Marvik

Margaret van-Marvik was born in Görlitz in 1950. She has wanted to write stories for as long as she can remember. But through life, which was not easy, the desire to write has faded into the background. She now lives in North Rhine-Westphalia between Cologne and Düsseldorf. She has been a self-employed clerk in the housing industry for twenty-five years. With great children, a few grandchildren and plenty of life experience, she kept moving upright.

From May 2013 to April 2014 she graduated from the Göthe Akademie as a literature student. Your time to live the dream of writing was at hand.

Since 2015 she has been writing with passion in a wide variety of anthologies. Her first poem "Der Herbst" was published in January 2015 by the Frankfurt library "Poem and Society 2015 - The Secret - Autumn". Further poems "Mother Feelings" and "Magical Worlds" Between Light and Shadow were published in 2015 by LevelUp Publishing Verlag.

Her first little thriller "Like a Leaf in the Wind" was published on May 20, 2015. The poetry book "Gentle and Different" Thoughts, Stories and Poems - was created during her studies and is also available on Amazon. It followed in rapid succession:

At the request of her grandchildren, she published the lovely book "Luisa's Adventure".

Your books are exciting, entertaining and readable. The lyrics aptly, enthralling, realistic but not easy. Her words are like her life - upright -

Your personality: Disciplined, cheerful, imaginative and helpful.

Her hobby: She plays double bass and bass herself. With her husband and the little dog Elaine, they travel across the country when time allows.

Since she has been taking a little less time in her professional life, writing has been her absolute passion. Margarete is certain that we will read a lot more of her and her books.
