I'm Frank K, and I'll be honest with you, I am an alcoholic. Fortunately, I had a moment of clarity that started me on my journey to sobriety.

I began writing to assist in my healing and then to help the next alcoholic and addict find sobriety. An additional blessing emerged when I found my writing also helped family members and loved ones better understand the disease of alcoholism and addiction.
