David Nadler

David Nadler is a senior operator with twenty years of building and running founder-led businesses. His work spans DTC, agency, and information products, with deep experience in operations, marketing, and team leadership.

He currently runs Automate and Convert, a fractional COO/CMO practice in Des Moines, Iowa, focused on bringing AI into the operations layer of small and mid-market companies.

He's a graduate of Drake University and a lifelong Iowan.
