David Elliott started his artistic career as an actor, playing leading roles in the feature films Jaws 2, The Possession of Joel Delaney, Phantom of the Open Hearth, and A Rumor of War. Except he found that playing “Let’s pretend” was an unreliable way for a man to make a living. So he’s also worked in Hollywood as a professional boxer, set builder, private investigator, and building contractor. He serves on the Executive Board of a major entertainment labor union, and as a PI was elected president of the California Association of Judgment Enforcement Professionals.
Mr. Elliott is happily married to artist Gabrielle D. McKenna-Elliott. And, in addition to raising their son, the couple enjoys playing hockey, and exploring the world with skis, bicycles, kayaks, or on foot.
