She is very familiar with the real estate market and its many quirks. She has been described as a true entrepreneur, having a hard work ethic and being a genius with numbers. She is most known for her ability to see the potential in a specific situation and how everyone can benefit from it. From building rental portfolios to flipping houses to real estate syndications, she is always creative and focused in her approach.

Shelly Walzel is a native Houstonian and has lived in Houston her entire life. She holds a BBA in Business Management from the University of Houston. She has been married to her husband Spencer Walzel for 30 years and has two adult children. All family members are active in the real estate world in one way or another.
