Anna Mai

In her books, health consultant Anna Mai shares her passion and knowledge about a physically and mentally healthy life and thus supports the interested reader to live a healthy and fulfilled life on their own.

Shaken up by her own serious illness, the author began several years ago to acquire extensive knowledge about healthy nutrition and lifestyle, and literally soaked up everything she could get to know on this subject. In the process, she discovered that almost any disease can actually be cured, be it through the right nutrients, meditation and sufficient physical exercise.

By consistently changing her diet and making a variety of lifestyle changes, she succeeded step by step in leading a healthy and fulfilling life again. Today she lives together with her husband and her two children in Cologne / Germany.
