Rufran C. Frago, P.Eng., PMP, CCP, PMI RMP, is a Canadian engineer, senior project consultant, and published author known for his practical, risk-based approach to project controls and management. As the Founder of PM Solution Pro and KATHAKO, he has spent decades helping organizations strengthen planning, scheduling, cost control, and decision making across oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, manufacturing, and major capital projects.
