Melvin Anderson attempts to present an idea supported by information that offers insight into self-awareness based upon proven methods. Melvin's desire is for this content to challenge you to love yourself, trust yourself, elevate yourself, educate yourself and then share yourself with the world. This work is applicable to all women regardless of race, creed, color, or belief system. This journey requires work, discipline, openness and patience which will be well worth the effort.

Melvin Anderson is Founder and CEO of ItsMyCareer. ItsMyCareer is an early stage Cloud-based software company that provides next generation interactive career education solutions for the K-12 market. Mr. Anderson is committed to community efforts and the advancement of our youth by partnering with a number of organizations in the Atlanta area. He is currently a member of the Atlanta Taskforce for the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African Americans, Board Member of Boys Transitioning, Inc., Board Member of the African American Golf Foundation, former Board Member of Ivy Prep Academy and Urban Recipe Food Bank, and and member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Mr. Anderson is a graduate of Southern Illinois University – Carbondale.
