Michelle Crawford

Michelle Crawford is a stylist, photographer and writer based in Tasmania’s Huon Valley.

Michelle has worked as a stylist for many iconic Tasmanian foodies such as Sally Wise, Ben Milbourne, Massimo Mele and Matthew Evans. And she also creates content for iconic brands such as Blundstone, Bruny Island Cheese, Lark Whisky, Forty Spotted Gin, Tasman Sea Salt, Hill St Grocer, and Banjos Bakery.

She has written four books, articles on Tasmanian tourism and food stories that have been published in Country Style, Galah, Graziher, Jetstar Magazine, Feast Magazine, Inside Out and Lunch Lady Magazine.

Michelle lives in an enormous old Edwardian bank in the riverside village of Franklin. Known as the Bowmont, she’s created a food-focused photography and event studio where she happily, cooks, styles and shoots content, inspired by the incredible produce on her doorstep.
