Chad Robert Parker

Chad Robert Parker believes life is beautiful. He loves reading, writing, and creating inspirational stories about real-to-life experiences. He believes the best stories and perspectives come from the way we choose to live our lives. He used to make games for his brothers and still uses that same creativity to make life, work, and any endeavor interesting and fruitful for all that he shares life's experiences with.

Chad is a good Christian, a loving husband, a father, a son, a brother, a friend, and a proud citizen of the United States of America who loves building community around common interests. He has lived in six states growing up in a family with six boys. He is married to Regina, a beautiful talented soul from the Philippines, who is now a full-fledged citizen of the USA. And they have their hands full with the cutest little family of two boys and two girls who have their own unique interests.

"Sterling Bridge", an historical fiction film novel, is his first published novel.

Chad's first book takes on the difficulties of an interfaith community from the standpoint of a boy whose father is "Catholic" and mother is "Mormon" (A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints). It is based on a true story where a larger-than-life football coach, Sterling Harris, is thrust into a town where he must overcome biases between the international workers of a somewhat temporary mining community and the descendants of pioneers who settled Tooele, Utah, amidst greater tensions brought on by the scarcity of jobs (and clashing of cultures in America's Great Melting Pot), experienced throughout America during the Great Depression.

"The Whatever Plan", is a 3 part fictional series, in the works, inspired by how our lives never quite go according to plan, though they often turn out better than we can imagine. He hopes his own life will continue to be self-fulfilling prophecy to some degree (as his life has followed many of the writing drafts to date in many unexpected ways) at least for all the good parts from good life choices and not so much of the bad extremes that are compounded by poor choices in this work.

"Heart of a Purple Clover", is another standalone, in the works, inspired by a few brave children with the most positive outlooks on life while facing life-threatening illnesses. These kids have experienced the ministering of angels, and are living, breathing angels to the rest of us who can't see the touch of Heaven as clearly in our daily lives.

Chad is also the owner of Storyboard PM, and has written a few business project programs to make business better for the vast majority of us who'd rather not quit our day jobs. He hopes to write a few "How to" books told from a narrative format to help business professionals following a similar path of project managing better business experiences.

"The Corporate Notetaker", is a 3 part nonfictional series, in the works to advise on how to project manage careers, projects, and business itself. It is expected that business books will be published under the author name of Chad R. Parker.
