T'Lee Freman is my pseudonym. I feel it sounds rather more romantic, or perhaps mysterious, than my own name.
I've always enjoyed writing and now that I have more time, being semi-retired, have started writing again. It's true what others have said, one's characters once established write their own stories. They come alive for me. I hope they do for you.
We are confronted with so much sadness in the world today that we can easily forget that there is so much more happiness, love, courage and simple goodness in people. I have written stories that encompass these. In the front of my books, I have placed a photo of the New Zealand Cabbage Tree, Cordyline Australis, which abounds in this country. People either hate it or love it. Two sides of the same emotion. The subtle scent of its flowers in early summer has a relaxing effect on those privileged to sample it. See the photo of one of these trees in my garden, here in southern New Zealand.
