Bob Carpenter is the author of You Can Make Money as an Author – Jump on the Bandwagon and Cash In Now! He is also working on two new books, Retirement Traps – Unanticipated Planning Flaws and 80/20 in Action – How to Work Less and Accomplish More.

Bob is also the founder of Bob Carpenter’s Leadership & Personal Development, a sole proprietorship formed for the purpose of helping people reach their full personal and leadership potential.

Having honed his leadership skills during a 22 year career in the U.S. Marine Corps and the Army National Guards of Montana and Arkansas, where he served as a professional development trainer for Non-commissioned Officers and as an Intelligence Instructor for senior Non-commissioned Officers and Commissioned Officers, his current goal is to pass his experience and expertise on to the younger generations who are preparing to lead us all into the future.

Bob has been a life-long leader and is a forward thinking alchemist and wordsmith who brings forth original and innovative ideas as well as the tried and proven concepts that have worked in the past that are still ranked among the rules of success today.

In mid-life, Bob became a Christian by the grace of God. The teachings of God’s love combined in his heart with his leadership experience to more fully complete his understanding of how to lead people successfully.

Mr. Carpenter possesses a compassionate understanding of the challenges, frustrations and disappointments that we all face, from disease to problems within the family and financial reversal. He cares about the challenges facing younger generations today and having realized that he has answers for many of the young people’s problems he has come out of retirement to lead them forward in difficult and trying times.

Bob has defeated a very deadly cancer, not once, but two times, and has now been cancer free for fifteen years.

He now lives “happily ever after” in north central Arkansas with his wife Glocil and their sweet little dog, Jackpot. Bob is available for a limited number of customized workshops, seminars and speaking engagements at schools, businesses, civic groups and churches, as well as for individual personal coaching.
