Barbara Wiley

Barbara Rae Wiley was born in Michigan. Barbara attended a University in Michigan graduating with her Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling in 1979. She spent thirty-two years teaching high schools and colleges in Michigan, California, Nevada and Washington. Her first book, "Stand By To Die, The Disappearance, Rescue, Return of AMELIA EARHART was published in 1985, with the second edition in 2013, on Amazon.com. Spending over twenty years working with Amelia Earhart Expert researchers, writers, friends and associates she founded AMELIA EARHART RESEARCH CONSORTIUM and became Director of Research with Gold Coast Aviation Inc. A full account of these years are in her second book "AMELIA FEVER and ME!" 2015. Her work has been applauded for bringing together all those who saw mystery behind Earhart's disappearance July 2, 1939. Her current work is producing and directing a theatrical production "Evening With Amelia" to be released in 2016.
