Allison Schuetzler

Hi!

My name is Allison, but most friends call me Ally.

I am a new author and illustrator of my children's book, The First Easter Bunny as of 2014.

It has been a whirlwind of an adventure so far and I'm slowly learning the ropes! So forgive me if I make mistakes with all this new technology at my fingertips! ;)

I am married (as of 2007) and also a mom to one amazing, inspiring little girl (2009) named Riley! She is why I wrote the story in the first place. She was two and just beginning to ask all sorts of deep questions. I had to find a way to teach her something as awesome as believing in Jesus and how to still have fun with such fictional figures as the Easter Bunny. After heartfelt prayers the night before Easter one year... this idea popped into my head. I searched to see if there was any material I could buy or use that Easter Sunday and found nothing... so I wrote my own.

After a few years of folks encouraging me to publish it... I finally did! As always started that venture with a prayer. Now here I am creating an Author Biography on Amazon!!!

Still blows my mind! Haha!

I hope you all enjoy reading the story about Jesus and a hyrax ;)

The artwork is all original watercolors by me! I think creating artwork all of my own was more intimidating than publishing the story.
