Iain S. Thomas

pleasefindthis (Iain Thomas, 1980–) is a writer, poet and creative technologist.

Best known for the bestselling I Wrote This For You online project, which he began in 2007 with photographer Jon Ellis, his books include I Am Incomplete Without You, 300 Things I Hope, Intentional Dissonance, How To Be Happy: Not A Self-Help Book, Every Word You Cannot Say, The Truth of You, The Secret of You, The Heart of You and What Makes Us Human? — co-authored with Jasmine Wang, selected for Malcolm Gladwell's Next Big Idea Club, and translated into over a dozen languages.

His work has been quoted by filmmakers, musicians, and cultural figures worldwide, and cited in academic and institutional contexts.
