Rena Brannan

Rena Brannan's play The Cu*ts was part of the Playwrought Two Festival at the Arcola. Her play 38th Parallel had a proffesional rehearsed reading at the Soho Theatre. Her monologue Hair Goal was published in Mslexia Issue 57. Her cartoon GAYDAR: The trials and tribulations of Etheline and Josie are published in whensallymetsally.co.uk. She is an alumnae of the Royal Court Critical Mass Writing Program. Her play Sidekick had a professional rehearsed reading at the Wilson Studio Royal Court. She co-produced Henry Green's Nothing for the Brits Off Broadway at the E59E Theatre New York. She is a contributor to g3 Magazine. Editor of London Pride Magazine 2013. She co-edited The National Academy of Writing: Book One. Her poetry and short stories have appeared in the Finding a Voice, The Spiral Path, and Book of Numbers, anthologies of new writing. She has a degree from Birmingham City University in Creative Writing and a MA in Writing for Performance at Goldsmiths. She was born in Seoul Korea. She currently resides and works in London.
