Brent Lay

Dr. Brent Lay (D.Min) is a graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (Kentucky) and Trinity Theological Seminary (Indiana). He also has a Masters degree in Education Supervision from the University of Memphis. His 30 plus years of vocational ministry include serving as a Director of Missions, a Minister of Education and Outreach, a Headmaster of a Christian School, an Associate Pastor as well as preaching in the early worship service at Englewood Baptist Church for seven years. He retired from Englewood in August 2020. He now serves as the development director of the Church Missionary Movement. He is the author of The Revival and Survival of Stump Creek Baptist Church, Two-Part Romans, The Greatest Schools in America and the soon to be released Passion Driven Church.
