I am a mother, grandmother, a full time employee and I have an eternal thirst for knowledge and personal development.

I was born in Scandinavia. I had a turbulent childhood from the start, from birth, literally.

I have always been optimistic, even in the darkest of times because everything in nature moves forward, onward. The tide changes as well as the seasons, life flows, blood pulses through the body, nothing stands still. Things that do not change become stagnant and begin to decay - on the mental and physical planes.

All my experiences have made me who I am, something I am grateful for because I am my own best friend. I like me! My guiding light has been for me to always trust my instincts and intuition.

I believe in justice, kindness, goodness, determination and being a defender of childrenīs rights since they often have no avid spokesman trying to see things from their perspective.

As hard as it might be a times, in the middle of a tantrum, kids screaming in public and being, generally, embarrassing, treating children with dignity, giving them a little leeway, patience and understanding so that they can speak about how they feel is an excellent investment in calming them down and becoming more balanced , happy, and agreeable individuals who KNOW that you actually love and care about them.

Their self-esteem and self-confidence becomes strengthened as they get older and ready to take on the world.
