Pascha Bueno-Hansen

Dr. Pascha Bueno-Hansen earned her doctoral degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz in Politics, Feminist Studies and Latin American and Latina/o Studies. At the University of Delaware, she holds the positions of Assistant Professor (tenure track) and Director of the Sexualities and Gender Studies Minor. She is affiliated with the Political Science and International Relations Department, as well as the Latin American and Iberian Studies Program. Dr. Bueno-Hansen has published a book, journal articles, and book chapters on issues including sexual violence, feminicide, women of color feminisms, sexuality, race, transitional justice, internal armed conflict and social movements. She is an affiliated faculty member of the Masters in Community Psychology at the Pontifícia Universidad Católica de Perú. Dr. Bueno-Hansen places her research and teaching at the service of social justice.
