Operations Director and Co-Founder, Simple Crowdfunding

Davin's background is in IT and database design and implementation, providing global solutions to manage and protect customer and company data.

His sole focus is now Simple Crowdfunding, a platform that offers both Equity and Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL). Davin was introduced to this marketplace in early 2013 and set up his first P2PL platform later that year with his partner Atuksha. Since then, he has introduced an Equity arm to the business and specialises in providing crowd-backed funding within the property industry.

Simple Crowdfunding has funded projects from Doncaster to Mayfair, with raises from £26,000 to £1.55 million. Since its launch, the platform has raised over £8 Million in property funding for projects, with the fastest raise closing in just 7 minutes!

Davin’s past experience also includes providing business and property coaching to international businesses and entrepreneurs. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and is a property investor. His first investment property was purchased when he was at college many years ago. Since then, he has purchased and fully renovated buy to lets in Kent, Wales and the French Alps and brought back empty properties to life.

Being a firm believer in building a strong community and customer base, Davin uses his expertise to help property professionals raise finance and build a crowd, whilst providing better access to the UK property market to everyone.
