Laura Simms

Laura Simms is a career coach and the founder of Your Career Homecoming, a boutique practice in Atlanta, Georgia serving mid- and late-career high achievers. Since 2011 she has coached more than 450 clients from organizations including Google, NPR, OWN, HarperCollins, the FBI and Broadway. She is a Certified Equity-Centered Coach (IECC) and the creator of The WHOLE Method, a holistic approach to career change that integrates purpose with practical strategy. Laura holds a BA in History from Furman University and an MFA from the University of California, Irvine. Her work has been featured in US News & World Report and Psychology Today.
