As a child, I grew up slightly handicapped as I was a fat kid that stuttered. All I needed was to carry a violin to complete the "holy trinity of playground ass whoppings." The one thing that I discovered was that if I could be funny, it would stop school beatings,....or at least put them off until after school. This is where I found out who had no sense of humor.

But this helped develop my sense of humor. Any my brother and sister helped me learn the fine art of sarcasm. Being funny helped me in the Navy, while serving on an aircraft carrier off Vietnam. I was able to have a radio show and do antics on the nightly news on TV. Later in life, during my second (and current) marriage, my wife convinced me I could start an audience participation comedy murder mystery that the audience follows around, from room to room, on a first name basis with the characters.

Three M Productions (Murder, Mystery & Mayhem) lasted sixteen years and we were performing every weekend at a hotel near Disneyland as well as Auto Club sponsored weekend murder mysteries, in Solvang, California. We performed 106 weekends to wonderful audiences. It was amazing, watching such talented actors make my written words come to life with their performance.

After health concerns made me stop the murder mysteries, I went to stand up comedy and found that the comedians at the clubs I performed at, were really not afraid to drop the F-Bomb every few seconds. A friend recommended that I start a "Clean Comedy Show," which we did and drew "sold out" crowds to the once per month show, for two years.

So here we are, me taking up writing again and you....reading about my life. I am proud of "The Equilibrium Objective" and hope you like it also. Time to get on with another book or take a nap.
