Ok... So full disclosure. ROY SLADE is a pen name that I first used back in 2015 when I started writing, and wasn't sure how this whole thing would turn out. My actual name is Steven Trebilcock (you can see how ROY SLADE is much more marketable.) Only people of my age group might even remember where ROY came from. Google 'Evil Roy Slade'.

Anyway, I now write under my true name. Sorry for any confusion.

After 6 or 7 years of writing screenplays after my initial novels, I have now returned to writing novels (because I make more money at it!)

Now enjoying my retirement days after fantastic careers in the Zoo Industry, owning restaurants with my wife, and finally retiring from the Railroad Industry, I can focus on my true love of history research, and writing stories about my favorite characters from my favorite time period - the gold rush days, Deadwood to the Klondike.
