Lisa developed the recipes for her newly released low-FODMAP cookbook "IBS-Free Recipes for the Whole Family", co-authored with dietitians Patsy Catsos, RD and Karen Warman, RDN. Her recipes embrace many cultures to include Chinese, Japanese, Southeast Asia, French, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Mexican, Middle Eastern and American cuisines.
