This handbook gives the reader inside information on how the courts can work against a person to intentionally deny justice and explains what to look for if you are in this situation or if you plan to soon challenge unconstitutional laws or the government's unlawful actions. Chase Carmen Hunter, the author, is a nation-wide insurance agent who has been victimized by a Florida insurance competitor who used fraudulently-obtained Florida court documents and presented them to others outside of Florida to demand that they give him up to $10,000,000 to pay this fraudulent judgment. When the author discovered how these fraudulent documents were obtained; she used the evidence and facts to show the courts that she was entitled to relief from the fraudulent judgment. And in retaliation, judges, lawyers, court clerks, and public officials in multiple states launched a nation-wide campaign against the author to silence her...to keep the public from knowing that public officials, in whom much is entrusted, regularly conspire to create fraudulent documents, negligently and intentionally, to create fraudulent court documents and fraudulent court judgments against unsuspecting people. What happened and still is happening to this author is shocking and shows that these same judges, lawyers, court clerks, and public officials conspired and are conspiring to create more fraudulent documents to unlawfully arrest the author, empty her bank accounts, freeze her bank accounts, steal real estate from her, cut the locks off her house to enter to kidnap her, and much more. And the reason why this attack on the author started? It started because the author helps consumers obtain liability insurance for their dogs and the Florida competitor was losing business to the author because her insurance was much less expensive than his. The public officials joined in the criminal conspiracy to hide the criminal activity arising from Orange County Florida Circuit Court case 2009-CA-037513 and to stop Hunter from lawfully providing liability insurance to dog owners. Many state governments have passed unconstitutional laws requiring dog owners to obtain liability insurance. And they do not want the author to provide this insurance only because her insurance is affordable and obtainable; and government officials don't want dog owners to have easy access to liability insurance. The government in many states has passed laws that require dog owners to obtain insurance for their dogs and has also passed laws that allow insurance companies to exclude dogs from liability insurance policies. Therefore, many dog owners can't find this insurance and are forced to euthanize their dogs unless they can afford the expensive non-insurance contract offered by the Florida insurance competitor. This is the government's unlawful plan to impede interstate commerce for liability insurance for dog owners so that the government can control the breed and population of dogs. It is an incredible government conspiracy that shows just how far the government will go to commit crimes against an innocent person whose only fault is that she educates dog owners about their constitutional rights and provides them with affordable liability insurance. But the conspiracy is not only against the author; it is against every citizen. The citizen is the master; the government is not. But when the government destroyed and is destroying the life of the author only because she sought relief from a fraudulent court judgment and helped dog owners obtain liability insurance; the United States of America has abandoned all hope of being a free country.
