Maz Scales

Hi there, I'm an artist and author now living in France. Originally from England, in 2020 I moved to France after 20 years living in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to moving to the USA, I was busy traveling the world as a professional singer, along with my guitarist husband. We performed in many hotels and on cruise ships around the world and I enjoyed every minute of it!

I love animals of all kinds, but most particularly dogs. I completely spoil our two dogs, Lulu and Pebbles, who we brought with us to France from America. They absolutely love it here! We also have a cat as well now, after rescuing a little kitten stuck in bushes in the woods. We have named her Twiglet and she has fitted into our little family perfectly.

I find beauty in everything, so you can imagine my excitement to be currently renovating and decorating an ancient house in the beautiful French countryside, which will be our forever home. It was built in 1800 and has a rich and varied history, incredible views and beautiful walks right on our doorstep. 

Creating coloring books and journals is not work for me, I love making them and hope you enjoy some of my books.
