Charles R. McCain

Charles R. McCain is a retired college professor who taught writing and various English courses. He completed the requirements for the Ph.D. at Texas A&M University with emphases in education, English, and journalism. He formerly was on the staff of two Texas daily newspapers and taught photography at two universities. His love of writing which can be traced to the 5th grade has helped him throughout his life including reporting the news for several years as a member of an international news gathering organization. He resides in North Texas where he has lived most of his life, and he is a 6th generation Texan. His hobbies include crossword puzzles.
