Jeffrey M. Bloom, is the founder/CEO of Mediation and Training Services, Inc. and Mediation Society of Long Island. He is a mediator/facilitator and conflict resolution specialist and leadership coach, speaker and trainer. His mission is to add value in helping people resolve conflict, become better leaders and achieve positive results with a WIN/WIN strategy, while becoming the best possible version of themselves.

SOLIYA- Facilitates an online cross-cultural education program with students from over 100 universities in 27 countries across the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, Europe and North America. This program empowers the emerging community of young adults to amplify voices from civil society that are not commonly heard and catalyze constructive and respectful discourse across divisions about important socio-political issues.
