Cary J. Green

I'm the guy who went from D in freshman chemistry to a PhD and who parents go to for books, online courses, and expert advice to help them quickly and easily equip their teens with leadership, soft skills, and academic success skills they need to succeed in high school and prepare for college and career.

I founded Skills 4 Students, LLC, and wrote “Success Skills for High School, College, and Career.” My books are available in secular and Christian editions and have appeared on Best-Seller lists in College & University Student Life, Study Skills, Children & Teens Christian Ed, and Christian Youth Ministry.

Prior to starting my own business, I spent 20 years as a professor teaching and advising university students. I served as director of a college-level recruiting and career center, department chair, and associate dean for academic programs.

I taught leadership and academic success classes and received numerous university teaching and mentoring awards. I also mentored student leadership development organizations and was influential in the development of a college-level student leadership academy.

I recently received a Parent and Teacher Choice Award from HowToLearn.com and a 2021 Trailblazer Award from Nepris. I also was recognized as a Global Presence Ambassador by Parenting 2.0 for my commitment to developing success skills in young people.

Over the past 25 years, I've created a number of products and services designed to help my clients equip their teens to succeed in the classroom and on the job.
